Spray tower
An environmental protection device widely used for industrial waste gas treatment. Polluted gas is introduced into the tower, and absorbent liquid is sprayed downwards through nozzles, forming dense droplets or a liquid film. When the waste gas comes into contact with the droplets in counter-current or co-current flow, the pollutants are absorbed by the liquid or undergo a chemical reaction, thereby achieving purification.
Catalytic combustion equipment (CO)
Highly efficient and energy-saving purification technology for volatile organic compounds and toxic and harmful gases. Its core principle is that, under the action of a catalyst, organic waste gas undergoes a deep oxidation reaction with oxygen at a temperature far below that of direct combustion, completely decomposing it into harmless carbon dioxide and water, and releasing heat, thereby achieving highly efficient purification and energy recovery.
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO/RCO) Equipment
Highly efficient and energy-saving core equipment for industrial waste gas treatment. Significantly reduces auxiliary fuel consumption, with heat recovery efficiency reaching up to 99%. RTO is suitable for treating medium-to-high concentration, large volume volatile organic compound (VOC) waste gases. RCO, on the other hand, adds a catalytic layer to the heat storage medium, allowing the oxidation reaction to take place at a lower temperature of 300-500℃, making it particularly suitable for treating complex waste gases containing chlorine, sulfur, and other components.
